Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all work product and deliverables created by INTRSTLR remain the property of INTRSTLR until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as specified in the project agreement.
Case Studies and Portfolio
INTRSTLR reserves the right to use completed work in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Client may request confidentiality for specific projects, which will be addressed in the project agreement.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information necessary for project execution
- Timely review and feedback on deliverables
- Payment of fees as specified in project agreements
- Obtaining necessary licenses, permissions, or approvals for content provided to INTRSTLR
- Ensuring that any content provided does not infringe on third-party rights
6. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in each project agreement or SOW. Unless otherwise agreed, payment is typically due according to the schedule outlined in the project agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of work and may incur interest charges as specified in the project agreement.
INTRSTLR does not collect payment information directly through this website. Payment processing will be handled through separate, secure payment methods as agreed upon in project agreements.
7. Warranties and Disclaimers
INTRSTLR provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the website or services, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
